We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and administrative support. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement and training programs.
  • Help prepare HR-related documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with different departments regarding HR requirements.
  • Support attendance tracking and other administrative HR tasks.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management Sciences, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
