Education Management Information System (EMIS) for Save the Children International (Flood 2022 response program)

Education Management Information System

A web-based, responsive platform developed using the Model–View–Controller (MVC) framework in Laravel. he SCI -Management Information System (MIS) supports effective programme monitoring by ensuring robust MEAL systems, data quality assurance, and timely reporting of beneficiary reach, KPIs, and project performance. It enables digitized data management, real-time dashboards, and structured reviews of Detailed Implementation Plans (DIPs) to inform evidence-based decision-making. Through strong coordination, capacity building, and advanced data visualization, MIS enhances accountability, learning, and organizational reporting at both national and global levels.

MIS for Save the Children

Our project management approach integrates a Detailed Implementation Plan (DIP) with a robust Business Intelligence Dashboard to ensure seamless operational oversight and accountability. By utilizing real-time Power BI visualizations and an automated tracking system, we monitor project milestones, quality benchmarks, and stakeholder responsibilities against defined KPIs. This centralized framework incorporates a dedicated Learning Management module for instant access to performance reports, alongside a comprehensive Feedback and Complaints Response Mechanism (FCRM) to maintain high quality-standards and donor transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
