SkyBoss mobile application works like a charm for technicians / field workers, who receive their work orders on iPad / iPhone. Work Orders are auto pushed to field workers who are available and are in proximity of the geographical location where work needs to be performed. The work order contains all the required details about the customer and job to be performed. The field worker can create estimates, take snaps of work performed, and generate invoice capture signatures on iPad.
System provides Google Map views and Tom Tom maps for real-time location of all technicians and appointments.With a comprehensive calendar based view, employee vacation scheduling is easier than ever.
