We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and administrative support. Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
Assist in organizing employee engagement and training programs.
Help prepare HR-related documents, reports, and correspondence.
Coordinate with different departments regarding HR requirements.
Support attendance tracking and other administrative HR tasks.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management Sciences, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
