e-strats Sub-Processors
e-strats uses the third-party services below to run our business and deliver work to clients. Each one may hold or process client or company data as part of that service. We review this list when we add or change a provider, and we update this page when the list changes.
Client production data normally lives in cloud accounts owned by the client, not by e-strats. Those providers are chosen and controlled by the client and are not listed here unless e-strats also uses them for its own systems.
| Provider | What we use it for | Type of data | Where data is stored |
|---|---|---|---|
| Microsoft Azure | Hosting for e-strats’ own systems, development and test environments | Application data, logs, test data | United States (East US) |
| GitHub | Source code hosting, code review, CI pipelines | Client source code, build logs | United States |
| Azure DevOps | Source code hosting, code review, CI pipelines | Client source code, build logs | United States |
| Google Workspace | Email, documents, calendar | Business correspondence, project documents | United States |
| Microsoft Teams & Slack | Internal and client communication | Messages, shared files | United States |
| Jira, Azure DevOps Boards & Trello | Project and task tracking | Ticket descriptions, project plans | United States |
Providers used on behalf of specific clients
When a client asks us to work inside their own cloud or tools, we act under that client’s instructions. That account belongs to the client. We do not list client-owned providers as our sub-processors.
Changes to this list
If you are a client and want to be told before we add a new sub-processor that will handle your data, email security@estratcom.com and we will add you to the notification list.
