About Our Client
The client was the Education Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), Pakistan, responsible for managing province wide school census data, educational planning, reporting, and policy level decision making. The department required a centralized, technology driven system to support evidence-based decisions across districts, tehsils, and union councils.
Challenge
The Education Department faced multiple operational and strategic challenges:
- Reliance on manual, paper based annual school census processes
- Delayed, inconsistent, and error prone data collection from remote districts
- Lack of real time visibility into school infrastructure, enrollment, staffing, and facilities
- No integrated GIS-based analysis to support spatial planning and resource allocation
