Poologics provides a unified, web-based platform with a four-layer architecture (Web, API, Services, and Repository) that streamlines the entire pool construction lifecycle:

  • Lead-to-Project Conversion: A streamlined 6-step process that converts a sold lead into a full project file, incorporating scheduling, inspections, and financial draws.
  • Multi-Tenant Architecture: Allows for secure data separation, where company-specific information is stored in a dedicated database (PoologicsData) while master subscriber information is held in PoologicsMain.
  • Integrated Communication: Features dedicated discussion tabs for projects and “Customer” tagging for attachments to allow direct sharing with clients.
  • Automated Web Forms: Integration of HTML code for websites to automatically capture leads, warranty claims, and customer feedback directly into the Poologics system.
