Job Description

e-strats is looking for a Customer Support Lead with proven customer support experience of 3 years for its Islamabad-based office.

The ideal candidate will have excellent American/English accent along with strong problem-solving skills to handle communications with the clients and ensure complete customer satisfaction

The basic requirement to apply for this job are:

  • 3+ years of proven customer support experience working in an American call center
  • Active listening skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage time efficiently
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Positive Attitude and attention to detail
  • Computer Skills
  • American/English accent

Responsibilities:

  • Resolving problems by identifying the customer’s complaint and determining the best possible response
  • Managing all the incoming calls
  • Following up with the customers to ensure resolution of problems
  • Assisting customers to address their concerns
