Job Description
e-strats is looking for Call Center CSR – Customer Service Representative with proven customer support experience from an international call center or BPO for its Islamabad-based office.
The ideal candidate will have excellent American/English accent along with strong problem-solving skills to handle communications with the clients and ensure complete customer satisfaction
What you need for this position?
- 2+ years of proven customer support experience working in an international call center
- Active listening skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage time efficiently
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Positive Attitude and attention to detail
- Computer Skills
- American/English accent
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Resolving problems by identifying the customer’s complaint and determining the best possible response
- Managing all the incoming calls
- Following up with the customers to ensure resolution of problems
- Assisting customers to address their concerns
